The Syrian Engineering for Construction and Development organization (SECD) has delivered the local councils in (Daret Azza – Qabtan Eljebal – Hur – Deir Saman – Zarziat – Tqad – Bsartun – Anjara – Hoteh – Abzemo – Jeineh – Kafer Alleppo – Kafr Taal – Oweijel – Qanater – Sheikh ali) villages, quantities of diesel fuel needed to run of water stations
