That promotion of hygiene sector is at forefront of the priorities of the Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development #SECD, especially with rising of the humanitarian crisis within Syria, which led in turn to raise the rates of poverty , an increase in the number of IDPs , and the spread of diseases and epidemics as a result of the negligence of personal and public hygiene . and within a Rapid response for recently IDPs and hosted people in the northwest of Syria. #SECD team have distributed hygiene kits for IDPs from Idlib and Southern Aleppo countryside and IDPs from Eastern Ghouta in Daret Azza city
