SECD published the annual report 2018.

A new year has passed and the technical staff of the Syrian Engineer for Reconstruction and Development (SECD) is still serving the Syrian people in Syria and Turkey without ethnic, sectarian, political or religious discrimination. Our target is the Syrian people and our purpose is to please ALLAH and then satisfy the beneficiaries of the services of the organization. SECD works in WASH, shelter, NFI, CCCM, Early Recovery, Education, Protection and FSL sectors, and pays special attention to the WASH sector. SECD strives to enable the Syrian people in general and the Syrian engineer in particular to create a strong society that leads itself and achieves sustainable development.In spite of all obstacles and lack of funding, SECD managed to reach 263166 beneficiaries in 2018. We rehabilitated infrastructure in many areas in northern and southern Syria, alleviated poverty in targeted areas and developed the capacity of many local councils and built the capacity of Syrian engineers. SECD will continue its work and provide assistance in cooperation with its partners, and we hope that 2019 will be a year of good, blessing and peace for the Syrian people
