SUMMARY
Free Engineers in Aleppo (FEA) and Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development (SECD) have worked in damage survey and rehabilitation of public and private buildings, schools, hospitals and infrastructures a
FEA and SECD have studied the Lebanon and Libyan rebuilding experiments. In addition, SECD have studies the reports about rebuilding which United Nations (UN) published.
Damage survey, which FEA and SECD have made, were very useful for local authorities (Free Aleppo Local council) and Non-Government organization (NGOS).
The reports and database helped NGOS, the local conical and the Interim Government for good disturbed for humanitarian assistance response plan and presented good data about IDPs.
