Due to need of local organizations to develop its staff and Improve their responsiveness to their tasks, SECD conducted development program including the following training :
- English course.
- Project management.
- Sphere project.
- Needs assessment.
- Risk management.
The number of beneficiaries from this program was 184 staff in local organizations.
