Water Sample Analysis in Villages of the Darat Izza Area

Providing safe drinking water—especially during times of conflict—is one of the greatest challenges facing local communities and humanitarian organizations. As part of the Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development’s efforts to ensure clean and sterilized water for displaced people, the organization’s teams conducted field visits to water wells, homes, and displacement camps in the towns of Darat Izza, Qubtan al-Jabal, Al-Houta, Hour, Deir Sam’an, Al-Qatoura, and Zarzita in the western countryside of Aleppo. During the visits, water samples were collected for analysis to confirm their safety for drinking.
