As part of awareness campaigns to reduce the risk of coronavirus spread in the city of Dana, the Syrian Engineers Organization distributed the second batch of personal hygiene kits. Earlier, the first batch of 3,000 kits was distributed to the most vulnerable families. The Syrian Engineers Organization is now distributing the second and final batch, also consisting of 3,000 kits, bringing the total to 6,000. To facilitate the receipt process, especially for people with special needs and to reduce the spread of coronavirus, the team distributed the kits at the beneficiaries’ doorsteps.
Complaints and suggestions from beneficiaries were monitored by explaining the complaint or suggestion mechanism and how it is followed up.
