The Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development Organization announces its intention to contract a contractor to rehabilitate 241 homes damaged by the earthquake in Al-Ra’i and Qabasin cities in Al-Bab, Aleppo Governorate.

1. Interested parties are requested to submit a price offer in a sealed envelope labeled with the tender code, the applicant’s name, stamp, signature, and date of submission. The sealed envelope must contain all the required documents, including the financial offer, written and signed with a live signature and stamp. You can download the files from the following link:

2. Attach a copy of the supplier’s ID (and passport if available), along with a PTT account or a bank account in Turkey.

Interested parties should deliver the sealed envelope to the SECD office in Gaziantep, Turkey at the following address:
