The Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development Organization announces its desire to contract with one contractor who owns two tourist vans, each with a capacity of at least 11 passengers, to transport the organization’s staff to work sites for a period of 7 months. The distance each vehicle is expected to travel shall not exceed 2500 km per month, including all costs (fuel, driver, maintenance).

Interested contractors must submit a financial offer in a sealed envelope labeled with the tender code, applicant’s name, signature, stamp, and submission date. The sealed envelope must contain the following documents:

  1. A signed and stamped financial offer (live signature and company stamp) using the form available at:

  2. A signed and stamped copy of the supplier’s ID (and passport, if available), along with the PTT account details.
  3. A signed and stamped proof of ownership for both vehicles. Proof of ownership is a mandatory condition for bid acceptance.
  4. Photos of the two vehicles showing license plates, signed and stamped.
  5. Signed and stamped copies of the IDs of both drivers.
  6. Signed and stamped copies of the driving licenses for both drivers.
  7. Two authorizations from your side for the two drivers who will operate the vehicles. Each authorization must include the driver’s name and the vehicle number and must bear the signatures of the driver and the company along with the official company stamp.
