The **Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development (SECD)** announces its intention to contract a supplier for the **rehabilitation of 191 earthquake-damaged homes** and the **provision of 8 caravans** in the following towns: **Bazaa, Hazwan, Aoula, and Shaddoud**, in the city of **Al-Bab**, Aleppo Governorate.
1- Interested parties are kindly requested to submit a **sealed bid envelope** clearly labeled with the tender code, the bidder’s name, stamp, signature, and submission date. The sealed envelope must include **all required documents**, including the **financial offer**, printed, signed (wet signature), and stamped. 2- Please attach a copy of the supplier’s **ID card** and (a copy of the **passport**, if available), along with the **PTT account** or a **bank account in Turkey**.
Interested parties must submit the sealed envelope to the **SECD office in Gaziantep, Turkey**, at the following address:
