The Syrian Engineers for Reconstruction and Development Organization conducted a training workshop for sanitation workers in Dana city to enhance their skills and improve their performance.
A total of 20 workers were trained.
The workshop covered various topics such as: the importance of sanitation workers in the community, safety procedures for sanitation workers during their work, how to collect solid waste and transport it to the landfill, how to excavate the landfill, maintain a clean environment, and reduce the spread of epidemics.
Special focus was also given to the Coronavirus and the necessary measures to protect workers from this pandemic.
