The Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development Organization (SECD) announces its intention to contract with a supplier/contractor to implement the following works:
• Construction of 9 classrooms
• Rehabilitation of the sanitation facilities (latrines) at the Vocational Secondary School for Girls – Sayed Quraysh School
• Rehabilitation and equipping of Al-Sahaba Mosque
📍 Location: Arbin City – Rural Damascus
All works shall be carried out in accordance with the tender announcement and the bill of quantities (BoQ) / technical specifications.

2. Submission of Offers:
Interested bidders are requested to submit their price quotations in a sealed envelope.
The envelope must include:
• Tender code
• Applicant’s name
• Official stamp and signature
• Date of submission
The envelope must contain all required documents, including:
• The financial offer, duly filled, signed, and stamped
• A detailed breakdown with unit prices for each item
