In an effort to promote personal hygiene and prevent the spread of epidemics and diseases caused by unregulated and exposed sanitation pits in Sarmin Camp,
which is adjacent to the village of Mashhad Ruhin / Dana / Harem / Idlib,
the Syrian Engineers for Construction and Development (SECD) has rehabilitated 26 toilets.

The rehabilitation included expansion and reinforcement of the attached sanitation pits using reinforced concrete.
